I'm trying rhodos again since my neighborhood was reclassed to Zone 6. They look pretty stressed at the moment

I don't know how to care for them. Some years they do well. 2024 was one of them. I know their roots don't like a lot of mulch over them. Hubs did that in the front landscaping and it's not thriving.
