However, he is worse than Harper (according to multiple reports now)

That means the current hierarchy is:

Harper
Carney
Poillievre.

@chris @avilewis Canadians can't vote for a PM though unless they are in the right five ridings. All we can do is vote for the best MP in our riding, then push them to remember that they run the country and the PM is their servant not their boss.
