Social media shouldn't feel like a toxic relationship.

On Valentine's Day, we're asking people and organisations to take control of their relationship with social media.

Set boundaries, communicate your needs, and move on if they're not being met. We deserve to use social media that values us, rather than our data.

There are plenty of fish in the sea, we just need to show them that the biggest isn't always the best
