Try to make an effort to wind down a couple hours before its time to sleep. no screens... or if you have to use a blue light filter.
Try not to eat too soon before bed. No caffeine or sugar around bedtime.

@Em0nM4stodon I am on the spectrum so when I see someone with a problem my mind automatically goes into I can help. Sometimes I have awkward interactions like this lol.

@Em0nM4stodon Before I had something to force my schedule (children) I would be awake for 20 hours and sleep for 10. It really was my natural rhythm, I just never got NASA on board with my project to slow the spinning of the earth.

@ahasty What?! How can I vote for NASA to reconsider this project? 30-hour days sounds fantastic!
