I did wonder, when having ChatGPT create this, whether there's some deeper psychology behind the importance of interacting politely with bots, or indeed whether there will ever be an actual (like, serious) standard or law around treating bots with respect. Has this been in a movie somewhere?
Oh! So I finally get what they mean when they say "I use the chatbot so that I can concentrate on the really important and creative tasks!!".

@davidgerard if hunt believed what he wrote for a single second, he'd not speak of needing bruce to be the coalface of support (which is, frankly, quite an astonishing phrase when used about an entity he argues deserves respect) but either offered bruce an employment contract or employed actual humans.
