I am trying to unlock a cabinet door in which the lock apparently takes a skeleton key. Complication: there is a solid pin in the center hole where the “shaft” of the key goes. In other words, a skeleton key with a hole in the shaft?

#lockpicking@Radaghaz It could be a lot of things. A simple warded lock or a nice, difficult to pick lever lock
️ If it's a warded lock you might be able to buy a generic set of keys and find one that works in it.
A picture might help along with how old and expensive the cabinet might be...
