i finally took the time to put in writing my #weightloss journey, as documented here on a weekly basis over the second half of last year.
@morgunkorn Interesting read and you seem happy which is good thing!
I wished ppl would stop randomly commenting on others' physical appearances, unless specifically asked for. If someone's getting fat, I am sure they know about it and either want it or are trying their best. The other way round I hate as well, my greater family "oh my, you need to eat something, you are rib and bones!" "you know, that hair looks like a girl". Yeah thanks, none of your fucking business.
Also, where is that shirt from?

@keeya i am happier than ever, especially when i'm with furries, my happy place :3
it mostly comes from a good place those comments, mostly. people project on you how they think you could be happier, and more often than not, try to conform to societal expectations at the same time, because they never dared trying to be themselves either. the best it to toss it all into the bin, if you have the drive to take control, no external opinion matters. find people who will cheer on you when you need it. and yell on you when you need it too ^^

i understand that food has this function. you can try different strategies, i can think of two that are diagonally opposed, maybe one could work?- make your food intake special, take care of making it extra tasty, small portions that bring you joy, but that's all you get.
OR
- make your food bland and turn the ritual of eating into a pure fulfilling of your physiological needs, almost always the same ingredients, a mealplan engineered to make you function properly.i think both could be sustainable for me. what really helped is to start disgust myself with the taste of sweetness after 3 weeks. i genuinely felt guilty of having something sweet in my mouth, it gave me the feeling of doing something wrong, a big setback on my goals.
don't hesitate to experiment, it's a complex matter and each of us reacts differently to being deprived of food.
in any case, it's absolutely never too late. you failed? so be it, today is the day where you can try again.

@morgunkorn@meow.social habe mir den Store gerade mal angeschaut. Die machen halt meistens billigen Siebdruck, das hält halt net lang

i had whey shakes in the morning, that worked pretty well to have enough proteins and have a full belly on low calories. there are tons of flavors, the best i found was this one: https://www.amazon.de/BetterProtein-Whey-Protein-1-kg/dp/B0854PZP3C

Being dissatisfied and unhappy is their purpose in life. But yeah, you said "mostly" so I guess there are some genuine ppl still out there. Hopefully =^.^=
Heh thank you. I really like white clothing but at the same time art prints on white are terrible. You want to wash it with washing powder for white things so it won't become light grey slowly but then the print suffers. No way to win. I'm happy my grumpy fennec shirt from the EF dealer's den is mostly resilient to fading. I wanted a black, but size M was gone. The artist/seller told me that the prints on the white are better quality anyway and he wasn't lying

@keeya while same sex attraction has been relatively normalized, i understand that being enby or trans still poses a lot of hard challenges, and it's pains me to hear that your relatives aren't supportive
