Hmm, company sent me the wrong equipment. Part number off by one letter. But it's a more expensive piece of equipment I have been eyeballing (wet bulb/relative humidity meter useful in figuring out wildfire conditions). Instead of a meter for measuring brix in honey. Is this a sign?
