Germany’s Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) has released a brochure cataloguing symbols and imagery it says are associated with antisemitism.
Alongside Nazi-era propaganda tropes such as blood libel imagery and antisemitic caricatures, the publication also controversially includes some pro-Palestinian symbols and slogans, including the watermelon symbol, Handala, and the phrase “From the river to the sea.”
