I would think the only thing that should be the outcome of any negotiation is the US/the world unilaterally drop all sanctions against Iran.
The regional powers in the Middle East have to be given a reason to bury their fucking vendetta against Iran because now the petrodollar dominance deal that has been the source of their wealth is evaporating
