    I don’t know how seriously this Open Evidence thing is taken in the medical community but this makes me want to celebrate!! Patients have been telling them
    this for YEARS.

    “Gabapentinoids are not effective for lumbar radicular pain from degenerative disc disease. Multiple high-quality systematic reviews and randomized controlled trials demonstrate no significant benefit over placebo for pain reduction or functional improvement, while gabapentinoids are associated with increased risk of adverse effects including dizziness, fatigue, cognitive difficulties, and visual disturbances.”
