This would be a beautiful enhancement to what is already a genuine gem in Minneapolis:

Dakota-Led Nonprofit Shares Design Plans to Restore St. Anthony Falls Upper Lock

Starting this spring, the organization Owámniyomni Okhódayapi will work to environmentally and culturally restore the five-acre site along the river to honor the land and the Dakota people.
