        @rachel looks like progressives losing due to being split four ways there? Worrying for town centre improvements coming up.

                @rachel yes, but highways consents are often needed and that's a county power (for at least another 18months). I wonder if things like pavement widening and modal filters are about to get bogged down

                  @rachel I'm just thankful I challenged people from my village being given the wrong ballot paper, as our long-serving independent only just won. I wish I'd voted earlier.

                    @rachel huh? I see only two green wins in Norwich and one in Diss. Even Lowe's terrorists have more. Although Greens are third on share of the vote, but that wins nothing directly in this.
