    Have you ever had Quince Jelly?
    It's not sold at local supermarkets, you'd have to find a bake sale to buy some. I pick our quince and my wife makes the Jelly. It tastes so good on a whole wheat bagel that I might have another one! #Recipe #Jam #Jelly

        I love quince jelly! I like to make it with vanilla beans, but cinnamon is also nice. 😍

            @Rasta I dunno if you've heard of Huskur Du the band, but, I was a big fan in the 80s, and one of their members runs a fancy restaurant with his partner now in Red Wing, Minnesota. I dragged some family members there once when we were down there.

            There, we ordered an appetizer plate. A bit ridiculous, one of the "appetizers" was like five almonds that had been sauteed a bit, but among them was slices of Manchego cheese with Quince paste (not jelly, it was a thick paste, I found it at a local specialty food shop when I got back because I needed more), and THAT is a whole other universe of flavor. Give that a go.

              @jpaskaruk
              We have some thicker than others. Now that I have seen some desserts using it, I can see uses it sliced

                  the jelly? Or the quince fruit?
                  They were 5 bucks per quince apple!
                  I've been trying to grow the big variety
