@inconspicuous-lurker-99 My feeling is that EMP weapons are a lot harder to make work well than people would have us believe. I actually recall a Q branch type dick head who worked for the Empire complaining about this at one point. He said the nerds are always promising a weapon that will zap electronics and they're always super disappointing.
