@surgicalangel @fiore i have recently started bupropion which should decrease it back to managable levels which i can confirm as uh, after an absolutely disastrous psychiatrists appointment i kinda sorta decided to starve myself out of spite and self loathing but fiore (and the good sense to eat something before i take my medications) have made me reduce that to fasting

@surgicalangel @fiore i miss when i just didnt have the urge cause honestly the past few days i caught myself walking in the direction of the kitchen subconsciously even when i wasnt actually feeling particularly hungry

@fiore @surgicalangel anyway awkward oversharing aside: the donuts were pretty good. 2 of em had this grape jelly filling which was just great

the others had walnut in them which i dont like as much but like they're still donuts so the baseline is still way up there

@coolbean @fiore omg i was on bup like a couple of months ago and it would mak me feel somewhat weird and uncomfortable. This weird feeling of not being able to resolve anything. It made me feel so weirdddd but luckily i have a great relationship with my psych so things got changed pretty fast. Now the medication Vraylar. Be aware of your citrus intake before medication because I heard it can take away its potency!

@coolbean @fiore I once knew of a donut place that had a maple bacon donut and I kindof really miss it deeply. It was a treat to me for going to school and not skipping. donuts kept me in class often

@coolbean @fiore not even bacon from another animal? im so used to nyc that every place that serves bacon here doesnt serve pork bacon but beef for the food to be halal i think. I think its cause everyone so used to bacon egg and cheese as a default but its a toss up on what bacon cause you can either have muslim or latino and they do intersect alot here.

@coolbean @fiore low key meat sucks alot is kindof the moral of this story. I feel like this for alot of meat. Actually i dont think i enjoy meat unless its in snack form or in a soup (chili is a soup?). I have a vegan friend whos showing me alot to, im surprised i didnt mention him here as well as i overshare. I met him via a non prfit where trans people take care of you during your surgery recovery and like hes really good at cooking.

ive been wanting to learn more healthier vegan recipes but my family is absolute hell to try new recipes with and i cant buy ingredients on my own because i cant drive out of my shitty fucking village
