      Hmm, looks like you have to reload your own film into vintage canisters, or an adapter. Then you have to unload them into a canister, and send the resulting film in for processing (or process it yourself).

        Hmm, looks like you have to reload your own film into vintage canisters, or an adapter. Then you have to unload them into a canister, and send the resulting film in for processing (or process it yourself).

        Yep... the adapters don't work for this, you have to buy an old cartridge and then reload it with 35mm (in a dark room). And then you have to unspool it back into the 35mm canister and indicate it's 126 sized film to the folks who develop it.

          @ai6yr There was a UK supplier who was selling 126 cartridges preloaded with film. Not sure if it's still available.

          I've got a couple of Instamatics, but never bothered trying to use them in modern times.
