    @SwiftOnSecurity The Loki logo is pure nostalgia, even though my Linux boxes at the time weren't capable of running 3d games.

    @Mayabotics @SwiftOnSecurity

    They also made some great ports of 2D games

    There was Call to Power.

      @ferdifz *One of the few games ever sold in a retail box*, among games that were released *natively* for Linux...

      There are plenty of games released natively for Linux¹: Life is Strange, Life is Strange BtS, Life is Strange 2, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, multiple Warhammer games, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Shadow of the Tomb Raider… to name a few from only a single developer/publisher.

      1. As is natively using Vulkan. So I'm obviously not referring to Valve's Proton

        @gbraad @SwiftOnSecurity That and Railroad Tycoon II were the games I wanted the most.

        I already had the windows version of Alpha Centauri, so I didn't want to spend my limited pocket money on it.

        The one retailer that carried Loki games though only ever seemed to have stuff like Quake III.

          @avaelin @SwiftOnSecurity Same here! - it bent very quickly and would grate horribly whenever you tried to slide the box open.

              @SwiftOnSecurity 64MB of RAM, 233MHz CPU, 25MB of uncompressed disk space. Those were great times.

              I still remember when NASCAR crashed on start saying "You have 32MB of RAM, you need 64MB to run this game" lol

                  @SwiftOnSecurity Tomb Raider 2 also wouldn't run on our Pentium 75MHz, we bought a 133MHz just after lol
