Courgettes/zucchinis? Soak the seeds overnight to soften their coats & speed up germination. Plant two seeds on their sides in each pot/hole. Once they sprout, keep the stronger seedling & pinch out the weaker one. Grow guide here: https://vegplotter.com/grow-guides/courgette-zucchini
