For the last few days, our lift has been out of order because it made a very scary noise.

Please also note that WD40 is a great lube for lifts, but should never be applied to a vagina.
And vice versa, we suppose. A nice body safe water-based lube probably wouldn't do the lift much good.
@vagina_museum but WD-40 is penetration oil, not lube. WD stands for "water displacement"

@vagina_museum I did accidentlally pour about a litre of lemonade down a lift-shaft last weekend from an exploding bottle, and I can report that it seems not to a recommendable combination either.

@vagina_museum I recall from high school a friend's brother had a squeaky tape player and resolved it with with his dad's girlfriend's strawberry lube. Probably wouldn't help the lift tho.

For the last few days, our lift has been out of order because it made a very scary noise. We are pleased to report that we are once again fully flat access to all galleries with a lift in full working order.
It turned out, the lift needed lube. The moral of the story is lube is IMPORTANT.
@vagina_museum I am gutted that I didn't get to record the noise.
