@avilewis there have been significant cuts at CRTC and Competition Bureau. Sabia, now checking privy council has reputation for cutting staff wherever he was (CN and Bell notably). He structured Bombardier Transportation to fail and be forced to accept The CDPQ-arranged merger with Alstom.
