    @cmconseils
    Why not use something like/I have:

    ```
    ;; Avoid "Here's an attachment oops I forget to attach it augh" embarrassment.
    ;; Taken from <http://ww.telent.net/2003/1/>.
    (defun check-attachments-attached ()
    ...)
    (add-hook 'message-send-hook 'check-attachments-attached)
    ```
    Edit: Update URL
    #GNU #Emacs

      @cmconseils Every email client should warn you when the words "attached" or "attachment" appear in the body but nothing is attached.

                  @north

                  In #Thunderbird & #Betterbird:

                  Edit > Settings > Composition > [x] Check for missing attachments

                  The button "Keywordsโ€ฆ" next to it allows for changing the associated trigger words.

                        @cmconseils hilarious, but outdated. My email client checks for keywords like attached/attachment and prompts for confirmation before sending if there is no attachment

                          @cmconseils
                          I've started adding the attachments first.

                          The recipient goes in last, so I don't accidentally hit send while typing the email (that last part came from using touch screens).
