Really bad mid-terms might lead to Congressional over rides of vetoes.
That might lead to retirement.

It is so hard to know what they will do.

@VeroniqueB99 I think he will be propped up by aides and stay "in office" even if the "office" becomes a golf cart somewhere on the back 9 of some golf course he owns and can charge the government for every person who has to come with him.
