    @elfa @artfulrobot There is no privacy policy and you are collecting personal data.

    @humanhorseshoes I am not aware of any data collection on our site.
    if you are referring to the subscription to the newsletter, there is a consent box, and you are redirected to the website of nextgraph.org that does contain a Privacy Policy.
    If something is missing, please let us know

      @elfa No policy, no consent mechanism. Who knows where it goes.

      There needs to be a privacy policy on your home page.

      Your responses are not confidence inspiring and I will give this whole project a miss.

      Thanks

        @elfa thanks πŸ™

        Other topic about the stack:

        What about AI capabilities in Elfa Suite? Your positioning on AI and agentic web? What about integration with AI agent rust framework, like Rig?

        I see that Nextgraph speaks about smart contracts, which is great. Are they in the scope of Elfa?

        If yes, what will be their capabilites?

          @elfa@fosstodon.org the phrase "I want to know whey you are launching" is not consent. You have no privacy policy on YOUR page and Nextgraph.org has a privacy policy that is four years old with massive gaps in it. I am not "overreacting" I am applying privacy law as written.

          This will materially affect your Horizon funding. GDPR compliance is mandatory and if your consortium cannot show compliance then your funding is at risk because you are not compliant.

            @timcoucou No plan for smartcontracts in ELFA. We encourage you to ask the question to @nextgraph .

                    Just hope you actually develop it on thing like @Codeberg (or your own @forgejo), and upload binary / docker on an EU server.

                    And not use Microslop Github and other US crap πŸ‘

                      @elfa @humanhorseshoes ELFA, your responses seem reasonable to me, but apparently it might be a good idea for you to include such a policy on your site if for no other reason than to give less ammunition to naysayers.
