@ai6yr - I mean... some places will send out texts either just before you are scheduled to arrive to assist in checkin.

Others will send you a message shortly after you're scheduled to check in if you havent arrived yet in case you can't make it.

If you arrived around the time you were supposed to arrive, its very normal to receive a message of arrival around the time you were scheduled to arrive.

But in this instance, all the happened was when you scheduled the doctor's visit, they also set the time to an auto-messenger to either/and send a text, email, phone call for around the same time.

You would naturally receive that when you were pulling up because you arrive around the time a person does for their scheduled doctor's visit.
