      At this point, if a project is on GitHub it is slop until proven otherwise. I swear 8/10 cases it ends up being slop.

          @fun Doesn't make it good. I disagree with systemd accepting LLM stuff too.

            @justsoup I never said it did, more that it really is a shame..

            apparently from my cursory looking (please don't quote me on that) they mainly only use LLMs for code reviews ........ already bad in itself 😕

            I suspect they generate code now too or will do so in the future.

              @fun They do allow AI-generated content if it is "explicitly stated" that they used AI, since we all know how well that works.

              For example, this commit was partially drafted using the Claude model

                They only use Claude for reviews, and it is because Meta gave them API tokens for free.
                They don't use generated code unless someone else contributes it.
