We are a stressed out people. And while it's good, and necessary, to find ways to manage and better yet, mitigate stress, we should not overlook the process of discovering what is causing our stress, and insofar as possible, eliminating it.

Nope, not much we can do about stopping the power-hungry from destroying the earth, but they need not hinder us from moving forward.
