@RLRVivaldi I used to be a big Murakami fan, but the reviews of this one made it seem like a sort of pastiche of other novels, especially Hard-boiled Wonderland. Is it better than that?

@jredlund I agree about some imagery repetition, cut and paste, and also keep in mind this is a “companion” of sorts to Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World. Familiar? Yes. Enjoyable? Yes. YMMV
