But it does change the way it’s regulated, shifting licensed #MedicalMarijuana from Schedule I — reserved for drugs without medical use & with high potential for abuse — to the less strictly regulated Schedule III. It also gives licensed medical marijuana operators a major tax break & eases some barriers to researching cannabis.

@Nonilex Oregon State Uni has been unable to teach marijuana farming in any university building partly funded with federal money. Maybe this relaxes that -and if. It, well, their Industrial Hemp Farming course will have to continue
