"Balance" implies a dichotomy is valid.
Nope.
Artists and creators in all fields deserve better than compensation for their work.
And AI is a powerful technology that can do a lot of good for humanity.
And OpenAI is a horrible company and definitely violates copyright.
And #copyright is broken beyond my capacity to describe.
And data center expansion is looking like a cancerous aspect of #enshittification.
And… I could go on… -
