How often does read literature / watching a movie make you cry?

@wohali Ever since I got PTSD it’s impossible for me to cry or even laugh while watching movies or TV. But scenes of horror, rape, gore and gratuitous violence trigger my fight mechanism or make me hyperventilate, so I avoid most movies & TV altogether –unless it’s something I know is safe for me to watch. #actuallyautistic

Same, and less and less is safe, pick something safe on TV and the first commercial is some nightmare
