The Heavy Metal landscape is changing 'fast'. Lemmy, Dio, Ozzy - dead. Megadeth/Dave does his farewell tour. The current Iron Maiden tour feels like a good bye especially since Nico retired.

So what is next? Saxon, Judas Priest are pushing numbers. And I think neither Rob nor Biff will retire. They will drop dead on stage. Slayer, Kreator and so many others are getting really grey too.

Give it 10 more years and the only ones left to tour will be Metallica as some kind of metal version of the Rolling Stones.

Damn, growing old sucks monkey balls.

@SunDancer That’s why Kiddo got to see Megadeth and Iron Maiden yesterday. Friend of mine had a spare ticket and took him to the show. 😁

@SunDancer @falk_ nifty! my first concert was when megadeth and iron maiden were on tour back in 2013. it would have been in early 2000's, but finances and mental health state didn't allow for it.

very awesome show. couldn't hear for days!
