    #WritersCoffeeClub 3/11. Does your work reflect your morals? How so?

    Usually it does.

    But there are time when my characters are driven to do things I would not agree to. (Not even talking about villains here.)

    My Wolves sometimes use vigilante justice.

    My Winds & Pillars fight for their lives.

    My dragons do not bother with courts for justice.

    They live in other worlds and at times with other laws.

    Still, justice, caring and kindness matter to me and to my character.

      @Firlefanz At least with your Wolves one has to try pretty hard to get to that point.

        @mkj

        Yes, it might actually fall under "self-defense" in a wide way.

        Still, even as it was logical for them, it didn't sit quite right with me, and so one of the chars does reflect on the event.

          @Firlefanz ...have you ever considered making a Wolf out of someone who works in law enforcement? (Perhaps ideally someone who really wants and tries to do the right thing.)

          Might make for an interesting dynamic especially with some of the other characters you already have.

          Just a random idea. πŸ™‚

            @mkj

            I might.

            Thing is, I'm already out on a limb with my current book since I don't really know much about either electricians or aerospace production lines. *sob*

            I try to write what I know, and writing a cop or lawyer is also a bit further out for me. But who knows what happens in the next book?
