Spring storm dumps snow across northern Minnesota
"By 12:30 p.m., Bemidji had received 11 inches of snow, and it was still coming down. Mahnomen got a foot of snow overnight and Moorhead reported 9 inches, according to the National Weather Service, which issued a winter storm warning for much of northwestern Minnesota."
The Twin Cities area was spared, but shovels and plows were back in action from Moorhead to Grand Marais.
