That is what a hand looks like at that angle. If you really believe there's anything weird about it then the problem is that you don't normally pay this much attention to hands.

I've not studied much AI but I've studied art, human antomy, and old fashioned technical drawing (all in pencil, with real paper and rulers etc.)

This doesn't need AI to explain, it looks the way you'd expect it to look.

Israeli propaganda contains more than enough real lies, don't discredit critics by making a fuss about nothing.
