Right (new): Selle Italia Nova Boost EVO TI 316 (145mm width). I've been pretty happy with the Power Arc but always wanted to try the Nova Boost EVO because of its solid reputation. I had just finished staging the start of the sixth grade boys #mtb race with my volunteers last Saturday, when I shot this video. They were starting their first race of the #NorCal season, most likely their first bike race ever.

It wears studded snow tires in the winter but I haven’t had it out much because it’s been so dry and clear that I have been riding the Salsa Warchicken most of the time. Hardly any snow this year at all. Here’s a picture of the Rock Hopper from last weekend with the Pryor Mountains in the background. Every time I ride the Rock Hopper I remember how much I love it.

Very nice trail that had seats and even shelters at various places alongside it. Cyclists and parents pushing prams intermittently along the way.
