For all his accomplishments Cook’s time at Apple will be forever tarnished by the way he cowtowed to Trump and his authoritarian administration. I’m glad he’s leaving as CEO but there’s nothing to suggest Apple will change course in any way at all. Truly depressing for this geeky fanboy.
@gedeonm It would’ve made sense for Cook to stay until after Trump is gone, if he is doing this whole shindig to help Apple. Now Ternus is going to have to deal with Trump as well.

@gedeonm I've been an Apple customer for almost 30 years, but my next phone will be a #Jolla and run on #SailfishOS. When my MacBook Pro fails me, I'll go back to my first love: Linux... A lot of disappointment, sadness and bitterness, in the face of this terrible waste...

@defrance_a @gedeonm Sailfish is a great system, it wont be as developed as iOS but i believe its the best option if you want to avoid android as well.
