    @mrmasterkeyboard although your concern is warranted I think it’s exaggerated to say that blender went dark because they are using AI for assistance. The commits you mentioned are not solely commuted buy AI rather have human supervision. Or am I wrong?

    @Mahura @mrmasterkeyboard it is less about specific commits and more about the trend of the maintainers gradually handing their cognition off to the machine. Like, I would not trust someone who I learned drove after having a few drinks, even if they managed to get home safely

      Developers should not hand the cognitive load to the machine. Otherwise software will be excruciatingly difficult to maintain.
