Hey nerds!
I made a thing!
It's a "chore tracker*, but I took a somewhat unique take on the subject

It tracks when did you last completed a chore and how close are you to the desired frequency you set for that particular chore.
You can access it here: https://chores-mvp.azurewebsites.net/
There is #privacy policy as well. I hope it will answer most of the questions.
You can self-host it if you're into that sort of things.

@sassdawe That looks awesome for all sorts of maintenance: Human, appliance, bike, house, car, etc. Cool idea.

@sassdawe This looks great!
Two things. Firstly, your footer doesn’t wrap, leading to unpleasant horizontal scrolling (see the screenshot).
Secondly, you mention in your privacy policy that this can be self-hosted; is there any info on how to do it? I don’t see a link to a source repository.

@sassdawe
So we can choose between self hosting or making an account at your instance?
(Not a tech nerd, so the first is not an option for me) -

(Not a tech nerd, so the first is not an option for me)@RedRobyn kind of, yeah. Until someone else makes another instance.
I might need to put up a warning that my infra isn't production ready

@sassdawe Wonderful, thanks for sharing!

@sassdawe I see you have embraced passkey only.
I also found out my phone allows TWO versions of passkey.
Google play services and Google Play Services.

@sassdawe And then? What I do with the information that they are all not on time?

@sassdawe And then? What I do with the information that they are all not on time?
@tessarakt I can't answer that for you.
I myself just want to keep the schedule that I set without needing too much hassle.
I don't need actual notifications, nor any pressure from this system. I only need a little help with keeping track of the schedule.

@sassdawe Some of us might need a reminder to ignore the renewal notice instead of renewing some of those untouched emotional support domains.
