I now pentest weapons systems for a living... so I guess they were kinda right on both fronts, and my prediction was *way* off.

@mathaetaes @ai6yr i had a friend for a while that was a lead eletrician up there. learned some interesting stuff, got a few tours of the place. once had a northrup security guard come shoo me away because i was flying my quad in a parkinglot 'too close to them'. i told him to get fucked or call the cops. he walked off and no cops ever showed up.

@Viss @ai6yr I didn't know Northrop had a presence at the Poway business park. (side note - the way to remember how to spell Northrop is "there's no 'up' in Northrop")

I could see why flying drones near their facility would get some people ruffled, though. Doubt the cops would do anything, but depending on what the facility was working on, someone may have done some background checking on you after that incident
