Il Tempo: Nuova irruzione di aria fredda sull'Italia: neve e altro calo termico ad aprile
Una nuova irruzione di aria fredda proveniente dal Nord Europa è attesa già all'inizio della prossima settimana e porterà un cambio di scenario su gran parte della Penisola. Lunedì la massa d'aria raggiungerà l'arco alpino, superandolo nel corso della giornata ma senza coinvolgere in modo diretto gran parte del Nord, per poi riorganizzarsi sulle regioni centrali. Sulle Alpi sono previste nuove nevicate, soprattutto lungo i settori di confine e a quote relativamente basse, mentre qualche fenomeno isolato potrebbe interessare anche porzioni dell'Emilia-Romagna.
Nel corso delle ore il fronte freddo scivolerà rapidamente verso il Centro-Sud, con effetti più evidenti lungo il versante adriatico. Qui l'ingresso dell'aria più fredda favorirà un calo delle temperature e il ritorno della neve lungo l'Appennino, con quota in abbassamento fino intorno ai 1000 metri sulle regioni centrali adriatiche.
La fase instabile dovrebbe proseguire anche nei giorni successivi. Tra martedì e l'inizio di aprile è infatti possibile la formazione di un vortice depressionario sul Mediterraneo, destinato a mantenere condizioni di tempo variabile e ventoso soprattutto al Centro-Sud, ancora una volta con fenomeni più frequenti sul lato adriatico. Il Nord e le aree del medio-alto Tirreno dovrebbero invece restare più riparate, pur in un contesto climatico fresco. Si tratta comunque di una tendenza ancora da confermare nei dettagli, che potrà subire variazioni con l'avvicinarsi delle prossime giornate.

A new cold air surge from Northern Europe is expected as early as the beginning of next week and will bring a change of scenery to much of the Italian Peninsula. On Monday, the cold air mass will reach the Alps, surpassing them during the day but without directly involving much of the North, before reorganizing over the central regions. New snowfall is expected on the Alps, especially along the border areas and at relatively low altitudes, while isolated phenomena could also affect portions of Emilia-Romagna.
Throughout the day, the cold front will quickly move towards the Center-South, with more pronounced effects along the Adriatic coast. Here, the influx of colder air will favor a drop in temperatures and the return of snow to the Apennines, with the altitude decreasing to around 1000 meters in the central Adriatic regions.
The unstable phase should continue in the following days. Between Tuesday and the beginning of April, it is possible for a depression vortex to form over the Mediterranean, destined to maintain changeable and windy weather conditions, especially in the Center-South, once again with more frequent phenomena on the Adriatic side. The North and the middle-high Tyrrhenian areas should instead remain more sheltered, even in a cool climate. This is still a trend that needs to be confirmed in detail, and could undergo variations as the next days approach.
