Forest alarm, WWF: in 35 years we’ve played with Austria 26 times.
The environmental association reminds that from 1990 to 2025 the global forest area has decreased by over two million km², an area equal to the extent of half of Europe. A renewed appeal highlighting ten urgent actions is being launched in the run-up to the World Forestry Day on March 21st.
