"Microsoft has unveiled Copilot Health, an AI-powered tool it claims can help make sense of your medical records, health history and fitness data"

No. Don't hand your medical info to an ai and definitely not to microsoft

      @paulk
I fear we have no choice but to share our medical records. They might be shared for us, probably without consent, because doctors and hospitals use MS365 and Azure.

I do not have detailed insight in how much of what is exposed will be used to train AI-health, but I can guess that it will be trained on something. 🙄

@mfierst @paulk Our Hospital system, and the most are, is on premise. 365 is only for stuff without patient data.

Does your on-premise include the letters and emails between doctors?

You are sure no patient data is leaking off premise and non of it gets stored on cloud servers that recently have gained questionable reputations.

@mfierst @paulk no patiënt data in emails. Letters, for instance to GP's go by a separate encrypted mailsystem on Linux. Sometimes I hear incidents from GP's who are not that aware. At implementation of the software the personnel from the provider even turned their heads if there was a risk of seeing data on screen.
