      Dr. Oz is not the originator of the plan to hike individual and family deductibles for ACA health insurance to $15,000 and $31,000, respectively.

      Those ruinously high deductibles aren't deductibles. They destroy the ACA without doing the actual politicking necessary to get congressional approval to do it.

      It's like Trump, Miller, Musk, and DOGE destroying an agency, leaving one person at the front desk, then telling the courts they haven't really shut the agency down.
