@pixelpusher220 no, but I’d speculate the medical and pharma industry being less willing to try in America being a factor.
I have US Born but 1/2 Kiwi nieces who absolutely swear US food is basically poison and I can't really say they're wrong. They moved there in their teenage years and say they always feel less healthy when they have to return.

@hacks4pancakes as a middle aged woman dealing with a laundry list of symptoms including fatigue, hairloss, bad concentration, muscle/joint pain + stiffness etc etc, kudos to you for getting a diagnosis + treatment and continuing on despite your symptoms.
