@AAKL @Kotaku This feels like a "Thought the problem with Always Online DRM was Spotty Internet (an actual complaint), and tried to fix that by designing the system to require sometimes online". From a technical standpoint that does address the issue, but imo it leaves the social issue heavily unaddressed.
