    @KarlHeinzHasliP @FelisCatusDomesticus @cwebber this, I'm really tired of older generations complaining about how stupid mine is for not learning the things they refused to teach us. I don't usually quote Blink 182 but I think they summed it up pretty well with "if we're fucked up, you're to blame". Raise your damn kids, teach other people's kids as much as you can get away with, and you might find that we had that potential all along but we were fucking neglected by the generations before ours

          @cwebber how would this even be possible for freedom-respecting operating systems? would it just make every GNU/Linux distro illegal unless its package manager implemented a pointless and trivial-to-bypass age check based on putting birth date in gecos (or something like that)?
