I didn’t answer because it’s a non-question question! You’ve used a statement expressing what you think the author is saying and put a question mark on the end!

I think she’s saying that Netanyahu is almost less likely to use nukes than he is to destroy the Al-Aqsa mosque because he could achieve the “Samson Option” that way without necessarily inflicting nuclear winter on the rest of humanity.

I could be wrong of course?
