Iranian-Canadians, ignore what the Prime Minister said today. He has the right to speak for Canada, but today he does not speak for Canadians. I know you, I value you, you are our friends, our neighbours, our workmates, our family. I feel terribly for what's going on, and I wish you and any relatives and loved-ones back in Iran well. I hope this ends quickly and with peace and safety as the only goal. I don't think it's likely, but it is my hope. I love you.
