Bi-directional messaging between MeshCore and Meshtastic, using Spectra, a #Veilid based bridge.

    Magic.

I'm doing some refactoring and cleanup, then will make it available for anyone who wants to help me test.

After field testing that doesn't involve me using four radios in my lab, and fixing any major bugs, I'll release more broadly, likely under an MIT license.
